Hey there Artcasters!

I believe my artcast (http://www.artcastnetwork.com/channels/ ... ns-artcast) has just been added to this fantastic community! I'm Katie, and I'm a generalist-artist of sorts. I do a lot of work for the entertainment of others (such as caricatures, face painting, balloon twisting, etc..) and I have a degree in visual effects, some of that computer graphic nonsense going on. When it comes to my artcast, I probably draw more than anything. My goal is to use the broadcast to help influence beginning artists, and to add in a few tips and tricks here and there.

I'm also about to start teaching some 'cartooning' classes for children, so I guess there's a little bit of shameless self-promotion involved as well.

Thanks for taking a moment to get to know me, and I can't wait to meet the rest of you!
